Cooper's were excellent. Using the TakeChargeNL grant they switched us from oil to electric furnace. In one day everything was done! Tank and furnace gone, electric furnace installed along with a hot water tank and all the electrical involved with it. We already had a 200 Amp service, it was just inside wiring. I used CDW Electrical and they coordinated with Cooper's to be onsite when needed. It's a nice clean install and coincidentally, I had a problem with the heat in one of our rooms a few days ago. Called Cooper's and a few hours later, Justin and Roger showed up, it was a zone valve motor, they swapped it out in 15 min, no labour change, just materials. I originally went out for 3 quotes for the switch over and Cooper's/CDW Electrical came in with the best price, over $1,000 cheaper than the other two quotes. The great thing with the TakeChargeNL program is you only have to pay the difference between your grant amount and your invoice. In our case, Cooper's added CDW Electrical's bill to their own, billed the TakeChargeNL program for our grant amount and us for the difference. It's a great program.

Cooper’s Heating Solutions replaced my old oil furnace with a new environmentally-friendlier electric model in jig-quick time. Getting the old fuel tank out of the basement up some narrow stairs was quite an ordeal, but with grit and persistence they got the job done. Shawn and his crew were punctual and totally reliable. Christa was friendly and efficient, a real pleasure to deal with over the phone. This was the second job Cooper’s did for me — they installed a couple of radiators in 2020 — and I’ve been completely satisfied with the work they’ve done. When I had a couple of minors concerns, they addressed them immediately. I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of home heating expertise.

Had our oil furnaces replaced - our house and our rental property- by Cooper’s. I have to say, these were 2 of the smoothest, best experiences we’ve had getting home improvements done. And we’ve done a lot! Their team is meticulous, efficient, courteous and punctual. And tidy!! They guided us through the process, including all the necessary paperwork/requirements for the provincial rebate. Look no further, go with Cooper’s!
